Essential Requirements

Qualifications

• Matric /Senior Certificate
• PSIRA Grade B

Experience, Knowledge and Skills

• 2 years working experience in Security Control Room Environment
• General Security and Surveillance experience
• Experience in monitoring of CCTV Systems
• Experience in conducting CCTV based investigations

Brief Description of the Job

• Execute delivery of Control Room services.
• Provide a proactive approach to Control Room and Investigations, minimizing the risks
  of incidents occurring and supports a continuous improvement programme.
• Facilitate communication by checking the Occurrence (OB) Book and e-mails daily for
  incidents and ensure information is cascaded.
• Facilitate communication by recording all reported incidents and daily Security staffing in
  the Occurrence (OB) Book.
• Facilitate communication by responding to internal and external telephone calls and two-
  way radios timeously.
• Daily reporting to Control room Team Leader.

  equity Act, No. 55 of 1998 and any amendments thereto), uShaka Marine World’s internal recruitment policy
