John ‘Shoes’ Moshoeu Dies After Long illness

It has been reported that he died after a long battle with cancer. John ‘Shoes’ Moshoeu  was a Former Bafana Bafana midfielder.

His agent, Glyn Binkin confirmed that the former Kaizer Chiefs star passed away this afternoon.

It is said that “Shoes” has been in and out of hospital and was admitted twice this year.

A source said, “He was re-admitted last week on Friday, but he has now been discharged so he didn’t even spend a week at the hospital this time around. It looks like he would be fine”.

John “Shoes ” Moshoeu died at age 49. Rest in Peace ”Shoes”.
