Tweeps React to Ayepyep’s Job Advert on the Type of Ladies They Want As Workers

Tweeps React to Ayepyep’s Job Advert on the Type of Ladies They Want As Workers. Is this a case of discrimination or just brand alignment? Popular entertainment club Ayepyep has opened up some job vacancies, and of course they come with some requirements. The club wants Bottle Girls, Hostesses as well as party Starters to join their establishment.
The job post, which closes on the 7th of October 2021, requires for both Bottle Girls and hostesses applicants to be 22 years and older. As most things are about content, one needs to have at least 2 500 followers on Instagram. They should also have the right personality and be able to walk on heels. Applicants should also be small to medium size, a requirement that caused havoc among social media users.
Some people were not happy, stating that Ayepyep is discriminating against women who are thick boned. They took to Twitter and other social media platforms to bash the club over this.
On the other hand though there are those who came to the club’s defense. They listed a number of brands and organizations which has a specific requirements for workers. Major brands such as Red Bull, and organizations like Miss SA, have a criteria for ladies they prefer to work with. Even airplane hostesses need to be of a specific size, and no one complains. Ayepyep, caught the smoke simply because a job advert was out out there.

There's a lot of industries out there that don't take plus size women, e.g Miss SA and Flight attendant. Yall only complain now when Ayepyep chose to be honest about it's preference. https://t.co/wymfvofthy

Ayepyep lifestyle has its own preference just like every woman when it comes to men, anyway let's not make it about gender. If you feel like there's some sort of discrimination here, open your own lifestyle then you'll understand something called brand alignment 🔓 pic.twitter.com/7OB90r1Yoh
