Vacancy: Receptionist

Receptionist plays a key role as she will present the first impression of the organisation to clients and customers.
The main responsibilities would include:-
• Answering of switchboard, screening and directing of calls
• Taking / relaying of messages •
Greeting candidates / clients and directing them to appropriate meeting rooms
• Candidate pictures to be taken and downloaded on database
• Liaising with refreshment manager
• Maintaining tidy reception area and meeting rooms
• Completing of daily appointment schedule
• Sorting of post
•Assisting support staff where needed Personal Attributes
• Strong interpersonal and personal skills required
• Presenting a professional, well groomed appearance and manner at all times
• Exceptional speaking voice and English language skills
