Requirements And Eligibility Criteria

• Aged between 18 and 28 years
• Minimum qualification Grade 10, Matric preferred
• Must be unemployed and not currently studying full time
• Must not have participated in the YES programme before
• Must not have been permanently employed for more than 12 months with one employer
• Must be available for a 12 month fixed term contract
• Must have reliable transport or be able to manage own travel arrangements
• Must be a South African citizen
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Ability to work in a physical and fast paced environment
• Basic communication and teamwork ability
