Role Overview

The Part-Timer will assist management in daily store maintenance, support product flow, and ensure adherence to company policies. The position involves both customer-facing and operational responsibilities, contributing to a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service to every visitor.
• Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and checks.
• Assist with ticketing products and verifying paperwork for received items.
• Support product movement from stockroom to sales floor.
• Assist in developing merchandise displays and follow management guidelines.
• Learn and use the point-of-sale system accurately, maintaining integrity in transactions.
• Employ selling techniques such as upselling and describing product features to meet sales targets.
• Greet customers and help them find the right products; act as a Greeter during busy periods.
• Maintain general housekeeping and ensure company assets are safeguarded.
