Key Responsibilities
• Handle client enquiries and refer to Client Contact Centre.
• Verify and change client records.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing postage.

Minimum Requirements
• Matric/Grade 12

Experience:
• Front office client services experience.
• Financial administration and services experience is essential.
• Preference will be given to staff that has previous Sanlam Policy Services experience.

Knowledge:
• Fluent in English, Xhosa and Zulu

Competencies
• Ability to work independent.
• Client Service orientation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
