Responsibilities

  • Administrative Duties:
    •  Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
    •  Filing and retrieving documents and reference materials
    •  Managing and maintaining schedule, appointments and travel arrangements
    •  Arranging and coordinating meetings
    •  Monitoring, responding and distributing incoming communications
    •  Answering and managing incoming calls
    •  Assisting with project administration duties
    •  Assisting with reception duties from time to time
  •  More Technical Duties:
    •  Basic systems analysis (e.g. searching in log files and preparing maps)
    •  Assisting with quality assurance of products
    •  Preloading applications on devices for testing
    •  Ad hoc data capturing

Competencies

  •  Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •  Detail oriented
