Trevor Noah Scoops The Nickelodeon Kids Choice Award
The Daily Show host Trevor Noah scooped the Nickelodeon kids Choice award this past weekend. This guy just never cease to fly the South African high. It is clear that he is a hit with the kids, is it maybe because he’s a comedian? We know that kids love comedians. Anyway, congratulations to him
“Kids never chose me in school but better late than never” Trevor tweeted. He went on to express his gratitude to the kids who voted for him. “Thank you Nickelodeon and thank to the kids for choosing me” he added. Trevor accepted the award at the glitzy ceremony that was held in Los Angeles, beating the likes of Pearl Thusi, Yemi Alade to name a few.
Not so long ago, Trevor covered the Time Magazine and he was hailed as the “next generation leader”. He is really grinding and making a name for himself. This win came two days after the magazine cover. How awesome is that? Big ups to him!
