Anele Mdoda Shares Her Makeup Artist’s Scary Uber Experience. Uber is meant to be a convenient option for people who use public transport. The car picks you up from your location to your destination, at a fee.

Sadly though many people have been victimized by Uber drivers. They get robbed, raped and even killed by criminals, driving Uber cars. Some Uber drivers have also fallen victims, as criminals masquerading as customers target them.

Anele Mdoda, who is an Uber customer, took to Twitter to urge people to stop using Ubers. This is after her makeup artist’s ordeal. Her makeup artist was in an Uber on his way to Kempton Park, when it stopped for three armed men to get in. The Uber drove into Alexandra, where he was tied up, and money was taken from his bank accounts. Sadly Uber says it can’t do nothing to help the victim.

“My make up artist was robbed inside an Uber!!!! Guys stop taking UBER. He requested an Uber to Kempton Park. Uber guy stops let’s 3 armed men in. They drive him to Alex, tie him up and clean out his bank accounts!!!!! Your trusted Uber says they can’t do anything. They say it’s a dead end. Yeah the dead part is us,” Anele said.
