Mmabatho Montsho Pens President Cyril Ramaphosa An Open Letter. Just a few days ago, Mmabatho Montsho‘s short film, The Award Ceremony, was crowned the Best Short Film at The Worldwide Women’s Film Festival.

The actress and film maker received congratulatory messages from the country at large. One of those who congratulated Mmabatho is our first citizen president Cyril Ramaphosa.

Mmabatho seized the opportunity to speak about the plight faced by artists in the country. She and her colleagues poured out their hearts to the president who they say left them out at the recent State Of The Nation Address.
