I can’t stop thinking about him.

I was involved with this guy for 5 years (2008-2012), we broke up last year August because he cheated on me n slept with his ‘friend’ Palesa, and I found out about it through his phone. So ever since de break-up we’ve never been in contact, and then i decided to move on with my life, now I’ve got a new boyfriend. But de problem is that I can’t stop thinking about him, so somewhere in march I gave my ex a phone call, then all of a sudden he told me 2 never call him again…. that made me feel very bad. I can’t stop thinking about him, I miss him so much. Please help 2 move on coz its hard 4 me to focus on my new bf.
