SA Female Celebs Widowed At A Young Age. Death is a thief that does not choose who to steal from. As South Africa we have been robbed of great talent, as many celebs continue to lose their lives. Not only is it a loss to us, they leave behind families. Some of our celeb sisters have been turned into young widows as they lost their husbands unexpectedly. Check out a few below.

Tsholo Matshaba

Former Muvhango Star Tsholo Matshaba’s became a widow this year when her husband DJ husband died. Chris Matshaba, a radio DJ on passed away early this month after a battle with an illness yet to be revealed. He had reportedly been ill for a while. The couple got married in 2014.

Simphiwe Ngema

One of the most unfortunate incidents of 2017 was when Simphiwe lost her husband tragically. Dumi Masilela was killed after a botched hijacking in August last year‚ just two months after marrying Ngema in an intimate traditional ceremony.

Ayanda Ncwane

Gospel heavyweight Sfiso Ncwane died on December 5, 2016 following kidney failure. This left his wife Ayanda a grieving widow. Ayanda opened up that she cries herself to sleep almost every night and prays that God would bring him 

Letshego Zulu

Letshego’s husband Gugu Zulu died while trying to summit. On the anniversary of her husband’s death last year, she  beat the odds and summited Mount Kilimanjaro.
