Bushiri University Not Registered With The Department Of Higher Education

Prophet Shepherd Bushiri and controversy are intertwined like Siamese twins. State owned South African Broadcasting Corporation has disclosed that Bushiri is operating a fake university in the country. This comes after the department of Private Higher Education Institutions received complaints from prospective students and the public about this bogus university operating in central Pretoria.

“The Shepherd Bushiri International University is not a university that is registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training” reports SABC, quoting Dr Shaheeda Essack, Director of South Africa’s Private Higher Education Institutions.

Prospective students have since been warned by the department not to fall prey to such schemes and verify whether an institution is registered or not. It’s time the self proclaimed man of God does something to rectify this as well as clear his name since he is always on the news for wrong reasons.
