Vacancy: Sales Consultant

Candidate will be required to acquire commercial properties that can be sold or leased.

Requirements:

• Grade 12.
• Estate Agent qualification is preferred.
• Past experience as an estate agent with an excellent track record is required.
• Computer literate.
• Negotiation skills.
• Strong people skills, success driven personality.
• Own reliable transport.

Duties:

• Cold calling.
• Arranging meetings with clients.
• Visiting sites / properties.
• Managing old and new clients.

Salary: Market related basic with excellent commission structure.
