Royal Bafokeng Platinum: Learner Programme

Royal Bafokeng Platinum has the opportunity for persons to apply for the In-house Learner Official Training Programme. The Programme will run for a period of four years where the learners will be trained and assessed in-house on stoping and development, which will equip them to function as Officials (Shift Bosses).

Requirements

To qualify, applicants needs Grade 12 (Standard 10) Maths and Science OG 50+% (evidence required ie certificate attached of Ordinary Grade (OG 50+%)). We seek individuals not older than 22 years of age who is fit to qualify for a Certificate of Fitness “Red Ticket” and can communicate in English. It will be required of the successful candidate to undergo psychometric assessments and attend a formal interview. The ability to pass the belt riding training and ride the man riding conveyor belt safely is essential.
