Vacancy: Junior Dialer Assistant Manager

Innovative and evolving company requires a Junior Dialer Assistant Manager to manage their contact centre sites and ensure the smooth running of all dialers. 
Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Minimum 2 years’ support experience within a large network environment
• 1 year experience supporting predictive dialer technologies like Realconnect, Amcat, TouchStart
• Minimum 2 years’ MS SQL and MYSQL experience

Duties include:

• Management of all dialers and data loads on dialers
• Ensure Dialer KPI’s are met
• Oversee voice recording operations , reporting, attending and resolving helpdesk dialer related problems
• Maintain hardware and software on the dialer servers
• Understanding and creating complex SQL queries for reporting on data manipulation purposes
