Eskom is inviting applications for six Graduate in Training positions within OMO & CM&A at Megawatt Park in Sunninghill. This internship opportunity is aimed at recently qualified graduates who want to gain practical workplace experience within a major electricity and energy organisation. The Graduate in Training programme is designed to help qualified graduates transition from academic study into a professional working environment through institutionalised and on-the-job training. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in institutionalised training as part of the Eskom Graduate in Training programme.
- Complete on-the-job training within the OMO & CM&A business environment.
- Apply relevant academic knowledge to assigned training and workplace responsibilities.
- Gain practical exposure to activities linked to the assigned area of work.
- Develop an understanding of Eskom’s workplace processes, policies and procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team and contribute towards shared objectives.
- Participate in learning and development activities, including coaching, mentoring and skills development where required.

Requirements and Skills
