About the Competition

For 5 years, Jacaranda FM’s Her Perfect Pitch, supported by First For Women, has empowered ambitious women entrepreneurs to turn bold ideas into thriving businesses.

It’s South Africa’s leading business acceleration platform; connecting women-led businesses with expert mentorship, national media exposure, strategic business networks and opportunities that create lasting impact.

With over R6 million invested in women entrepreneurs to date, Her Perfect Pitch continues to champion women building South Africa’s future.

You’re ready if you:

Grand Prize

Over R2 million in business-building opportunities. This year’s Grand Prize winner receives:

• R500 000 in Jacaranda FM airtime to showcase your business nationally

Entrance Criteria

To participate in the Competition, the participant must:

• Hold a South African identity document or valid Visa if a foreign person.
• Live in the Republic of South Africa.
• Be a woman in business with a minimum of 50% ownership.
• Be 18 years and older.
• Have a business registered in South Africa.
• Have a business that is at least a year old.
• Provide correct and full personal contact details.

• Create your profile

• Complete your application, including your business story, vision and financial information.

Step 3

• The Top 30 entrepreneurs are selected to submit a two-minute video pitch and attend an exclusive networking event.

Step 4

• The Top 10 finalists pitch live at the Jacaranda FM studios before an expert judging panel.

Step 5

• The winner and finalists are celebrated—and their business growth journey continues.
