Applications Open for the Algoa FM Junior Sales Executive Post. Algoa FM, the leading commercial radio station in the Eastern Cape and Garden Route, is looking for a driven, hungry, and creative Junior Sales Executive to join our powerhouse sales team.

If you’re a recent graduate who doesn’t just want a “job” but wants to build a long-term career in the fast-paced world of media sales, this is your gap. We aren’t just looking for someone to sell airtime; we’re looking for a partner for our local businesses. Someone who understands that when our clients grow, we grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Hunting & Growing: Identifying new business opportunities and turning them into long-term partnerships.
  • Strategic Selling: Helping local businesses reach their target audience through innovative on-air, on-the-ground and digital solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong ties with business owners across the region.
  • Learning the Ropes: Immersing yourself in the media landscape and growing your skills under the mentorship of the best in the industry.

What We’re Looking for:

  • Education: A completed University Degree (Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred).
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven sales experience (this isn’t your first rodeo, but you’re ready for a bigger stage).
  • Passion: A genuine love for the Eastern Cape and a desire to see local brands thrive.
  • Drive: You’re a self-starter with a “can-do” attitude and the resilience to hit targets.
  • Communication: Sharp, persuasive, and professional communication skills (written and verbal).

REMUNERATION:  CTC plus Commission & Incentive Structure.

        Own transport essential with a valid unendorsed driver’s license.
