Requirements
- Matric (grade 12).
- Min 12 months in a sales call centre environment.
- Min 6-12 months experience as a Quality Assurer.
- Computer Literate.
Job Specification
- Assess all agents according to specific requirements.
- Report on agent and campaign performance with regards to outcomes, results and trends.
- Provide QA briefing or training as required.
- Conduct and complete investigations as requested, within the turnaround times.
- Ensure client requirements are fulfilled as per SLA agreement.
Salaries range from R10,000 to R15,000 per month.
