Key Responsibilities

Events Management

  • Plan, coordinate and execute brand events, product launches, customer activations, dealer events and internal events.
  • Develop event briefs, timelines and budgets
  • Source, negotiate and manage suppliers, venues and contracts.
  • Ensure all event elements align with brand guidelines and deliver a premium customer experience.
  • Track and report on event ROI, attendee feedback, and overall success metrics.

Sponsorship Management

  • Manage and activate sponsorship deals, ensuring maximum visibility and brand alignment.
  • Build strong relationships with sponsorship partners, media partners, and collaborators.
  • Deliver sponsorships activations that create talkability, measurable awareness, and positive brand association.
  • Monitor and evaluate sponsorship performance against objectives.

Influencer Management

  • Identify, recruit and manage influencers and brand ambassadors aligned with the brand’s image and target audience.
  • Brief influencers on campaign objectives, key messaging and creative requirements
  • Coordinate influencer involvement in events, sponsorship activations and campaigns.
  • Track influencer performance through engagement, reach and sentiment metrics
  • Manage influencer budgets and deliverables
  • Build long-term, authentic relationships with influencers to support community and brand advocacy

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with the Brand, Marketing, Dealer, PR and Social Media teams to align event, sponsorship, and influencer activities with overall marketing strategy.
  • Provide support and toolkits to dealers and partners for local-level activations.
  • Coordinate internal approvals, budgets and reporting

Administration & Reporting

  • Manage budgets, invoices and supplier/partner contracts
  • Compile post-activation reports with insights and recommendations
  • Maintain a central reports of all upcoming events, sponsorships and influencer campaigns

  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and brand alignment.
  • Relationship-building skills with influencers, partners and stakeholders
  • Analytical skills to measure ROI, influencer impact and event success
  • Proficient in MS Office, social media platforms and event/project management tools.

Qualification & Experience

  • Relevant degree/diploma in Marketing, Events Management, Communications or related field.
  • 2-4 years experience in events, sponsorship, influencer marketing, or campaign coordination
  • Proven track record of executing successful events, sponsorships and influencer campaigns.
  • Automotive or FMCG industry experience advantageous but not essential
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

Reporting Line

  • Reports to: Brand Manager.
  • Works closely with: Marketing Assistants, Dealer Marketing Managers, Social Media Lead, PR, CX teams and the National Brand & Marketing Manager.
