Minnie Dlamini Over the Moon As She Bags Best Actress Award. It always heartwarming to see creatives get rewarded for their hard work. One such is Minnie Dlamini who has manage to make a name for herself in the industry. Minnie continues to shine as a media personality, actress and event host. Seeing her getting rewarded with awards is beautiful to witness.
Among Minnie’s latest work, is her acting gig in a short film called Sired. It tells the story of a young girl stuck in a system that she is not proud of. Sired goes on to confront a difficult conversation, probing that something gets done about it.

She also applauded her fellow cast and crew members who bagged themselves award. Among them is actress and musician Zazi Kunene, who also bagged the best actress award. Mthokozizi Zulu won the Best Director award, whereas Zane Colquhoun was recognized for Best Cinematographer. The 48 Hour Film Project Durban 2025 Winning Film was of course SIRED.
