Miss KZN Queen 2024/25 Dethroned and Here Is Why

Miss KZN Queen 2024/25 Dethroned and Here Is Why. Back in July 2024, Azile Ngcobo was crowned Miss KZN Queen. This was a dream come true for the young woman, who worked hard for the crown. Over the past couple of months, the organization has been working around the clock in search of her successor. Finalists are putting their best foot forward hoping to be the next queen.
Sadly though, Azile won’t be around to crown the next winner. She has been dethroned of her crown and released from all her duties as Tenn Miss KZN Queen. In a formal statement, the organization shared that all queens are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and fulfill ambassadorial duties. They also have to demonstrate consistent respect for the organization they work with and work for. It seems like Azile failed in some aspects, and she had to be let go.
“The Miss KZN Queen Organisation would like to formally announce that Teen Miss KZN Queen 2024/25 Azile Ngcobo has been released from her duties and will no longer serve in the capacity as Teen Miss KZN Queen.
This decision follows an internal review of the role, expectations, and responsibilities of our titleholders. Representing Miss KZN Queen is both an honour and a commitment. All queens are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, fulfil ambassadorial duties, and demonstrate consistent RESPECT for the organisation they work with and work for.
The Miss KZN Queen platform has been built with dedication, integrity, and a clear vision. We value titleholders who respect the brand, honour their responsibilities, and actively contribute to the growth and reputation of the organisation. Respect for the platform, its mission, its team, and the community we serve is a fundamental requirement for every queen who wears our crown.
In light of the above, and after thorough consideration, the organisation has resolved to move forward in a direction that aligns with our values, expectations, and standards of representation.
We thank Azile Ngcobo for her time with us and wish her well in her future endeavours,” the organization shared.
