Role Overview
As a Casual Team Member, you will serve as a Brand Ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining the store’s visual appeal. You will collaborate with your team to achieve sales targets and create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Brand Ambassador, ensuring every customer has a fun and memorable experience
• Uphold and promote Factorie’s brand values and community initiatives
• Merchandise and replenish stock to keep the store fresh and visually appealing
• Support team members in achieving goals and celebrating successes
• Maintain store standards and assist with daily operational tasks
