This contract role offers 120 hours during the festive season, providing a chance to gain valuable retail experience while contributing to one of South Africa’s leading home and lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the @home brand and provide exceptional in-store service.
  • Understand customer needs and offer the best solutions.
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with the latest home décor and lifestyle trends.
  • Replenish stock quickly to maintain a ready-to-shop floor.
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to boost sales.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently.
