Mandisi Tshingana Raises Over R40k Towards Nandi Nyembe’s Funeral. He gives the title influencer, a whole new meaning. When his peers are all about glitz and glam content, Mandisi Tshingana, prefers to use his social standing to come through for those in need.
Earlier this year, the influencer helped Brenda Ngxoli, when she was going through the most. Mandisi went as far as setting up a GoFundMe account for the award winning actress. Within a few hours South Africans contributed R50,310 which was sent to Brenda. Mandisi also led a donation drive for former Big Brother Mzansi contestant Uyanda Hlangabezo. The target was R500,000, and in a short period of time, over R300k in the bank.
Now Mandisi is back with another great cause. He together with award-winning actress, Sana Mchunu have been working around the clock to raise funds towards Mam Nandi Nyembe‘s funeral. The veteran actress passed away this past weekend, after health struggles. The public was shocked, when Mam Nandi, opened up about her financial situation. Although efforts to raise funds for her were in motion, she apparently did not receive anything. All has not been lost though, as people have come through to contribute towards her funeral. Already over R40k has been raised, and Mandisi is all grateful.
