Claire Mawisa Reacts to Being Called Old. Ageism is a big thing in the industry, more so for women. Celebrity women are often judged brutally,and the older they get,opportunities become scarce. Just recently Bonang Matheba, was dragged based on her looks, after hosting the Brutal Fruit Spritzer Pink Table. After pictures from the event emerged on social media, some people mocked Bonang’s appearance, saying she looks old.

Now another female celebrity is going through the same thing. Claire Mawisa has received backlash after she shared on X, that the world does not nee anymore podcasts. Many people were not impressed by her views, stating that the seasoned broadcaster is saying all this because she is old. They told her to move on with the times, because podcasts are now the in thing. Despite the backlash, Claire stood her ground, saying that she like everyone else is entitled to her opinion.

To those calling her old, Claire vehemently answered that being called old, to her is not an insult. Talk about standing firm on your reality!
