2. He moved to Diepsloot, a township in Johannesburg, where he attended school and developed his passion for performing.

3. Siyabonga started acting and dancing from a young age, participating in school plays and cultural events.

4. To hone his skills, he then went on to study Performing Arts at Diepsloot Youth in Action, from 2019 to 2022.

5. Siyabonga started his career in theatre and has previously featured in productions like The Bucket.

6. In 2021, he auditioned for a role in DiepCity, a drama series on Mzansi Magic. Through his role as a student, he gained valuable experience from working with seasoned actors.

7. Two year later in 2023, he then landed his breakthrough role as Mbuso on Scandal!, a former gangster who was imprisoned at a juvenile facility. Mbuso had a troubled past and struggled to adjust to his new life after being released from prison. He got involved in crime and violence but also showed his softer side and love for his family. Now he is trying to be on the straight and narrow.

8. He also bagged a role on hit series, Code 13 this year, playing a criminal, who was shot dead by his boss. Code 13 follows the story of Bheki Ndlovu played by Zolisa.
