As A Young Professional In Training, Your Responsibilities Include
- Shadowing various staff members,
- Participating in learning experiences,
- Attending meetings and workshops, and traveling to other working environments to gain practical experience on the following deliverables:
- Tenant Management
- Lease Management
- Property Marketing Management
- Facilities Management
- Billing and Credit Control
- Non Gross Lettable Area (Non GLA) Management
- Risk Management
- Performance Management, Talent Management and Capacity Building
- Employee Wellness, Change Management and Culture Building
- HR System & Governance & Employee Relations
- Undertake various projects aligned to the outcomes of this programme and further lead and contribute to initiatives and programmes in both property and facilities management including:
- Contract Management
- Maintenance Management
- Engineering Management
- Facilities Management
- Environmental Management
- Space Management#
- Health & Safety Compliance
- Utilities Management
- Security Management
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor of Science or Commerce in Property Studies,Property Valuation, or other Real Estate Related Stream.
- National Diploma in real estate studies (NQF 6) are encouraged.
- Postgraduate Studies are an added advantage
- A positive attitude and a growth mindset is an absolute.
- Some vocational experience would be an added advantage
