Woolworths is recruitong graduates for the Buying Merchant Trainee ( BMT ) Homeware Programme in the Western Cape. The BMT programme is a 12-18 month trainee programme designed to develop assistant buyers for the business.

Minimum Requirements
Relevant diploma/degree
A passion for the brand and customer
Administrative experience in a buying or retail environment is preferable
Ability to analyse and interpret information accurately
Numerate
Computer literate
Demonstrated taste level and flair
Team player
Planning and organizing ability
High energy levels and self-motivation
A positive “can do” attitude
Natural retail intuition
Sound business and commercial awareness
A commitment to high performance delivery
