Connie Ferguson Takes a Moment to Appreciate Her Family. Being a family means you are a part of something very wonderful. It means you will love and be loved for the rest of your life. Just like the Fergusons, family sticks together more in times of calamity.
Connie Ferguson, has been a widow for three months is definitely going through a tough time. Every now and then, the award winning actress and entrepreneur shares touching posts about her late husband Shona Ferguson. Shona passed away in July 39th after being hospitalized for Covid-19 complications. Since that fateful day, it has been difficult for the family, friends, fans as well as the industry.
Having noted that though, some days are bearable for the family. There has been text messages, calls and heartfelt posts, mostly directed to Connie. To show appreciation to all the support, Connie took to social media to thank everyone. She started with her two daughters, grandson, her sister as well as her God given son. Connie thanked these loved ones for praying with and for here on a daily basis, as well as for the support they give her.
She then thanked her friends, family colleagues as well as everyone out there for all the reassurance they have given her for the past three months. Most importantly Connie extended her thanks to Christ, who has been her source of strength.

Thank you for the Holy Spirit who continues to minister to us daily. Thank you for your son who took the cross so we may be saved. Thank you that you are God almighty, for your love, your mercy and your grace! In the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, we praise you, give you glory and exalt you above all others,” she captioned a beautiful family picture.
