Even some opportunities that look lucrative ad all, are not always what they seem once you explore them.
In May 2020 Thick Leeyonce was over the moon when she revealed that she made it on the Savage X Fenty influencer list. Savage X Fenty, a lingerie line by American superstar Rihanna, dropped their Summer campaign, which featured influencers and brand ambassadors photographed from their own home across the globe. Our girl Thick Leeyonce was blessed enough to make the cut on that prestigious list.
That never materialized though, and Thick Leeyonce has just explained the reason why. The influencer, YouTube content creator and celebrity photographer was not happy that the contract said nothing about payment. It looks like it was one of those where people were rewarded with exposure and discounts as opposed to money.
