Gauteng Woman Breaks Guinness World Record After Giving Birth To 10 Babies. Talk about blessing on blessings. Congratulations to Gosiame Thamara Sithole and her husband Teboho Tsotetsi who welcomed their 10 newborn babies last night.
The 37-year-old, at first thought she was carrying six babies, then later a scan revealed there were eight, up until it was discovered that she is carrying a whole ten bundles of joy. Last night Sithole who hails from Tembisa Township in Ekurhuleni, delivered 7 boys and 3 girls. The phenomenal woman, who already has a set of 6 year old twins is now a mother of 12.
She is now in the Guinness World Book of Records. The record was previously held by Malian Halima Cissé who gave birth to nine children in Morocco last month.
