Veteran Actor Josias Moleele Celebrates Special Lifetime Achievement Award. Congratulations are in order to Josias Moleele. The massively talented actor, has just been honored for his contribution in the industry. Moleele is shinning with a well deserved Special Lifetime Achievement Award.
Moleele’s recognition is courtesy of the South African Creative Awards, which is in its 5th year running. These the awards are strictly honouring and announcing the winners, celebrating excellence directly and immediately. Among those who are honored this year include veteran actor Sello Maake kaNcube as well as creative theatre Guru Sello Maseko
“Asante Sana to Asante for the recognition. I’m humbled,” he said in gratitude.
Moleele is an actor, writer, director and TV personality best known for playing the referee on the SABC2 game show Crazy Games. He has acted in numerous television series including Zero Tolerance, Skwizas, Rhythm City, Strike Back and Binnelanders
Moleele has had a cameo role in the 2009 feature film Invictus. In addition, he appeared in the comedy film Mr Bones Goes to Durban. His most recent role was playing Bishop Hlophe in Genesis.
He has also directed the first season of the SABC1 sitcom Nomzamo. Moleele has written and directed numerous theatre productions including the award-winning play Call Us Crazy. The play ran at the Market Theatre in Johannesburg and won three Vita awards. He also won the Naledi theatre award for his dance musical Tapsula.
As a TV host, Moleele has presented the SABC2 wildlife series 50/50.
