Applications Open for the Rapid Blue Internship Program 2026. Rapid Blue is proud to open applications for the 2026 Internship Programme. This is a full-year, MICT-accredited skills development opportunity across Television Production, Content Development, Post-Production, and more.
In recent years we have produced a range of hit series across television and streamers, from Ebuka Turns Up Africa, LOL: Last One Laughing, Homegrown Tastes South Africa, Family Feud, Love Island UK, Celebrity Game Night, Dancing With the Stars, Project Runway, SA’s Got Talent, Come Dine With Me to East Africa’s Got Talent.
Our innovative local talk show, Mose Waka, received critical acclaim as did our local drama, Is’thunzi, for which our leading star, Thuso Mbedu, garnered two iEmmy nominations for Best Actress.
Rapid Blue prides itself on the role it has played in developing some of the leading players in the industry and we love to work with exciting talent.
We offer enthusiastic and ambitious graduates the opportunity to work in multiple areas of our business, from the nuts and bolts of production and finance, to gaining insights into the shaping of new and exciting content ideas. Along the way you can expect to work on a variety of entertaining and high-quality productions, and attend courses and informative sessions led by our senior team and industry guests, to gain real-world experience and develop your skill sets.
Our internship programme runs for the full calendar year and all intern positions are full-time.
Successful candidates will be enrolled in a MICT-SETA accredited Skills Development Programme and have access to a wide range of disciplines across various Rapid Blue
