Applications Open for the National Youth Service Programme Phase 5. The Presidential Youth Employment Intervention (PYEI), together with the National Youth Development Agency (NYDA), is proud to launch Phase 5 of the National Youth Service (NYS) Programme unlocking 100, 000 paid service opportunities for unemployed young people across all nine provinces of South Africa.
About the Programme
The National Youth Service Programme provides young people with meaningful opportunities for community service, work exposure, skills development, civic participation, and pathway into sustainable livelihoods.
Beyond addressing unemployment, the programme promotes active citizenship, social cohesion, civic responsibility, and nation building by enabling young people to contribute meaningful within their communities while gaining practical experience and skills.
