Sad Note! Social Media Sensation Mohamed Mokoena Passes Away. His story touched many people who got to know about him. Mohammed Mokoena, a 12-year-old young boy from Sasolburg, South Africa, was one social media sensation, who became famous for battling hardships with a positive spirit.

Mokoena, real name, Ahmed Mgweqo, was admired for his spirit amid challenges, including losing his mom. He also battled a rare condition of enlarged kidneys which ultimately caused leg deformities.
