Just a year ago, Beverley Steyn and Nonku Williams served epic friendship goals, but now they are serving each other lawsuits.
A few days ago, Beverley took to social media alleging that Nonku owes her a substantial amount of money, and is yet to pay up. The reality show star and entrepreneur stated that her former friend did not honor her side of the deal, but instead, ignored her. Now Beverley has escalated the matter by seeking the intervention of the law.
A day after Beverley dropped the bomb, Nonku finally addressed the issue. The reality show star, author and entrepreneur said she decided to share her side of the story because her new man advised her to. Nonku started by firstly acknowledging that indeed she owes Beverley. She also owned it up that she did not handle the situation the right way. However, Nonku was not happy that Beverley went public with something that they could have solved behind closed doors. The good thing is that she said she will pay up.
Beverley has responded to Nonku, appreciating her apology. However, she is still continuing with her legal case. This is because Nonku hasn’t shared when she will pay her back, she is also not selling some of her designer items to get money, as she initially promised. Nonku also ghosted Beverley, when she addressed the matter privately.
