“It’s Time for Me to Speak My Truth,” Nonku Williams Addresses the Fall Out Between Her And Former Bestie Beverley Steyn. One thing about money, it has divided families and broken friendships. Nonku Williams and Beverley Steyn now know this very well, as their friendship is currently suffering over a debt.
A couple of days ago, Beverley shared ambiguous messages about a close person who betrayed her. Eventually the reality show star and businesswoman revealed Nonku as the person in question. Beverley alleges that her former friend owes her a substantial amount of money, and is yet to pay up. Now she has escalated the matter by seeking the intervention of the law
After the story made rounds on both social media and the mainstream media, Nonku has finally taken it upon herself to share her side of the story. The reality show star, author and entrepreneur agrees that indeed she owes Beverley. She also owns it up that she did not handle the situation the right way. However, Nonku is not happy that Beverley went public with something that they could have solved behind closed doors.
Shen then explained that as a single mother she is faced with so many challenges. Nonetheless, she wants to provide a better life for them. Also as a businessperson, she experience payment delays, but aims at paying Beverley every cent she owes her.
“It’s time for me to speak my truth. While I could have approached this legally, I chose instead to seek guidance from my partner and the friends who truly care about me.
