Bad Influencer takes viewers into a city that thrives on appearances, two women are pulled into a dangerous double life, one lived online, the other in the underworld. Set in Johannesburg, Bad Influencer follows BK played by Jo-Anne Reyneke, a struggling fashion designer and single mother who joins forces with Pinky played by Cindy Mahlangu a social media influencer to run a counterfeit luxury handbag business.
The series also has other talented cast members, with everyone bringing their A-game. One such is the phenomenal Zikhona Sodlaka. The multi-award winning actress may not be a lead in the series, but she definitely made a huge impact. Without saying much, Zikhona showed just how much of a force she is, just with her facial expressions.
