Job Purpose

You will assist store management in maintaining daily operations while ensuring that every customer enjoys the highest level of service. The role demands reliability, initiative, and a commitment to upholding adidas standards across all areas of store performance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to every customer.
• Handle sales transactions including cash, card, and check payments accurately.
• Support inventory control by checking and ticketing products received.
• Move merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor as needed.
• Assist in creating and maintaining merchandise displays following store guidelines.
• Learn and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently while ensuring compliance with all company procedures.
• Use effective sales techniques, such as product recommendations and add-on sales, to meet personal and store targets.
• Greet customers, provide product guidance, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across the store.
• Protect company property and uphold all security standards.

Skills and Experience
