Khanyi Mbau Bags Lead Role In Netflix’s New Comedy Film. A lot can be said about Khanyi Mbau, but when it comes to talent, she is one of the best we have ever had. One of her strongest points is as an actress, and she has slayed every role she got.
The award winning actress, media personality, reality show star and all round entertainer has just bagged herself a new acting gig. Khanyi will star in the upcoming Netflix comedy film, Meet the Khumalos. The film is takes us in the life of Grace Khumalo. Her perfect world gets disrupted when her high school arch-rival, Bongi Sithole, moves in next door. Both mothers are horrified to discover their children are secretly dating. They then join forces to break up the young lovers. These moms are played by Khanyi and the talented Ayanda Borotho.
Other cast members on the film include the late and legendary Connie Chiume, Khosi Ngema of Blood and Water fame, upcoming star Nandi Khubone, as well as renowned actors Jesse Suntele, Siyabonga Shibe, and Bonga Dlamini.
Meet The Khumalos will premier on April 11th only on Netflix.
