Job Purpose
The position exists to assist management with daily store operations while maintaining store standards, policies, and procedures. The successful candidate will balance customer-facing responsibilities with operational support, ensuring the store runs smoothly and customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest level of adidas service to every customer.
  • Complete sales transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and check payments.
  • Support product ticketing and verify paperwork against received items.
  • Assist in moving stock from the storeroom to the sales floor.
  • Contribute to merchandise displays under guidance from store management.
  • Gain proficiency in the point-of-sale system and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Use effective selling techniques such as upselling and product knowledge sharing.
  • Greet and assist customers, sometimes serving as the store greeter during peak times.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards across the store.
  • Protect company assets through responsible handling and adherence to procedures.

Skills and Experience Required
