Sho Madjozi Brings Back Sparkle Braids for Festive. Without a doubt the festive season is the time to experiment with hairstyles. Vibrant colors are always the order of the day, with many people dying their hair, or rocking colorful hair extensions.
For those who struggle with getting colorful hairpieces, do not despair, Sho Madjozi has your back. The multi-award winning rapper and author ventured in the hair industry a year ago. Sho Madjozi‘s business started after she took to social media to show off her sparkle braids which glowed in the dark. They looked so cool, and immediately every young girl that saw them wanted them.
Without wasting any more time, Sho Madjozi, dropped her own hairline, The sparkly hair line, inspired by the main character in her new book. It was such a tough time for parents, as the braids were in high demand, and it was not easy to get them. She also collaborated with some salons, among them Sibahle Siyakhula Kids hair salon, to reach out to more customers.
Earlier this year, she came back with another hair plug. Innovating her Sparkle braids, Sho Madjozi made them in the form of detachable hair bands. Kids no longer have to wait for the festive season, or any other school holiday to rock them. One can actually wear the hair band on weekends, then during the school week take them off.
Of course during the year, the sparkle braids were not that popular. This is because kids were in school. With schools closing in a few weeks’ time, the Sparkle Braids are back thanks to Sho Madjozi.
