About a year ago, Candice opened up about not having any gigs. The award winning actress, media personality and entrepreneur openly acknowledged that she has not worked as an actress for six months since the start of 2023. However, she clarified that this should not be perceived as a reflection of her craft.

Immediately after that she was unveiled as the SAFTAs Technical Craft Show co-host. Candice also became part of the leading cast of the first African Disney Plus Anthology, Kizazi Moto: Generation Fire. This is an animated science fiction anthology that draws on the continentโ€™s histories and cultures. She then starred in her 3rd international animation film, Panda Bear in Africa, voicing Niala.

There has been so many gigs for Candice, and we love this for her. She currently hosts a new Mzansi Magic reality show called, Battle of the Bridesmaids. The show delves into the heart of wedding drama, where those closest to the bride compete fiercely for the coveted role of The Maid of Honour.
