Our program exposes graduates to the world of financial markets, giving you hands-on experience in the complex and dynamic field of trade settlement.

As a trainee of one of our black-owned stockbrokers, you will be provided with structured learning, mentorship and on the job support to ensure your success in the role. As part of the Coronation Catapult Programme, you will be provided with power skills training including but not limited to critical thinking, resilience, business communication skills and coaching.

The following Graduate Opportunities (Catapult Programmes) are open for applications:

Performance Analyst Trainee

Must have any of the following qualifications:

  • Financial Mathematics or Statistical Orientation
  • BBusSci/ BComm (Actuarial, Quantitative Management)
  • BSc (Maths, Statistics)

Marketing Graduate

  • Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Marketing is required.

Operations Trainee (Back Office Support) 

  • Any commerce degree majoring in Accounting, Economics, Investments, Finance, Business Management, Law or the like.

Settlements and Operations Trainee

  • Any commerce degree majoring in Accounting, Economics, Investments, Finance, Business Management, Law or the like.
