SASSA Has Vacancies for Administration Clerk and Grant Administrator x3 Posts. The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) invites interested and suitably qualified candidates to apply for Grant Administrators (X3) and Administration Clerk.
Grant Administrators (X3) Requirements:
- Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4).
- Computer literacy is essential.
- A valid driver’s license
- NQF 6/7 qualification in the field of management science, and administrative
- Clerical experience.
Duties:
- Assist in the administration of Social Grants at Local Office Level;
- Effectively screen all grant applications;
- Process social grant application;
- Provide customer care;
- Assist with processing of medical, beneficiary maintenance and payment processes.
- Conduct quality control on grant applications.
- Ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, Chapter 6, Part 3).
Administration Clerk Requirements:
- Senior Certificate (NQF level 4),
- Knowledge experience, interpretation and application of accrual accounting and GRAP standards,
- Public Finance Management experience
- Computer literacy,
- Planning & Organizing skill,
- Analytic thinking
- A valid driver’s license,
- NQF 6/7 Qualification in the field of management / Accounting Science, and administrative
- Clerical experience.
Duties:
- Effectively render clerical duties such as Transport services,
- Human Resources Administration,
- General Admin Support Services & Provisioning Services (Procurements and Issuing of Stores).
- Ensure adherence to section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA chapter 6 part 3)
