Applications Open for the NEMISA/VUT Cell Phone Repair Programme. The Cell Phone Repairs Opportunity is back! Thank you for showing interest in the sponsored Cell Phone Repair programme offered by NEMISA/VUT. Please complete the application form (make sure information is correct). 

TAKE NOTE: The training will commence on 30 September 2024 in the Mashishing Community Hall, Church Street, Lydenburg. You must be able to attend the course for the full 3 -weeks and able to sponsor your own transport/accommodation for the duration of the course. There is NO stipend. Please do not apply if you cannot adhere to these conditions. 

Requirements:

• Must be unemployed
• Have a valid South African ID
• Be 18-35 old
• Have Grade 12 with Mathematics at least 50% or Maths literacy at least 60%
• Should be deemed competent in the pre-assessment

What Will Happen After the Training?

• After completing the training, you will operate as a Cell Phone Repairer, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain different types of Cell Phones.
• You will receive a tablet, cell phone repair toolkit, and business registration as part of the course.
