Thembisa Nxumalo Proud of Her Sister Zama As She Debuts Her One Woman Show In UK

Thembisa Nxumalo Proud of Her Sister Zama As She Debuts Her One Woman Show In UK. Thembisa Nxumalo is quite big on sisterhood, and we love this about her. Every now and then, she celebrates her sisters on their milestones and achievements.

When you go on her social media, it is pretty evident that she is very close to her younger sister Zamalisa Mdoda. She always sings her high praises, and encourages her to reach for the stars. In 2018, when Zama graduates, Thembisa took to social media to gush over the moment. She and her dad were present at the graduation, and Thembisa added that her mom would’ve been so happy to witness the moment.

Today, Zama is celebrating another major accomplishment. She is returning to the stage with the Edinburgh Festival Fringe debut of her one woman show, titled COUNT TO FIVE. The play is directed by Rodrigo Jorge and produced by his production company, Dreamatorium.

It’s a somewhat-biographical exploration of the absurdities and rationales of my innermost rage. It’s told through 5 characters and I think it’s the most unhinged piece of work I’ve ever made. I’m terrified. I’m excited,” Zama said.

Her big sister Thembisa, is so proud of her. The award winning media personality and actress took to social media to celebrate the moment.

My mother would be front and centre telling everyone that’s her baby❤️🎭😭. Allow me to introduce international performer, playwright and superstar, Zamalisa Mdoda 😭😭😭🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️❤️❤️. Yes, I’m crying!!!! #CountToFivePlay,” Thembisa said.

Thembisa also went all emotional, responding to the post Zama put on Twitter.
